This plate is for members of the New Jersey Air National Guard. It is consider the one of the first "graphic plates" New Jersey issued which was printed on as opposed to stamped on like the state FMBA license plates or even the more rare Telephone Pioneer plate. There's also ARMY GUARD which is also used! The small "-2" indicates trhis is a second pair of plates issued to the second car
