I decided to put together my first display for the 55th ALPCA Convention in Erie, Pennsylvania in 2008. "Route 66 by wheelchair" displays a wheelchair plate frtom every state along Route 66. The Illinois plate is a municipal plate issued to city vehicles, 1978 also happens to be my birth year. This display took home the honorable mention award for my efforts..
